The Skeleton of the Body

The Prophecy, The Prophecy, The Prophecy, The Prophecy, The Prophecy, The Prophecy, The Prophecy, The Prophecy, The Prophecy

The skeleton is a tough yet flexible structure which supports the weight of the body and protects its internal organs.  Bone tissue is constantly renewed and stores essential minerals within the body.  And the bones of the skeleton are joined together at the joints. And some joints provide a wide range of movement; while other joints, like the spine provide support and stability. And God provides the skeleton of the body of the earth that all men may live.

And the bones of the skeleton are joined together at the joints. And some joints provide a wide range of movement; while other joints, like the spine provide support and stability. And God provides the skeleton of the earth that all men may live. For 'skeleton' is derived from the Greek word skeletos which means 'dry'. And when God created the heavens and the earth, He created the dry land upon which all men could live. For "God said, 'Let the waters below the heavens be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear; and it was so. God called the dry land earth, and the gathering of the waters He called seas; and God saw that it was good." (Genesis 1:9-10) But due to man's transgressions, the Father would remove the dry land with water. And during the flood the rain claimed all the earth, but in the Lord's mercy He restored dry land."Now it came about in the six hundred and first year, in the first month , on the first of the month, the water was dried up from the earth. Then Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and behold, the surface of the ground was dried up. In the second month,on the twenty-seventh day of the month, the earth was dry . " (Genesis8:13-15)
